Stopwatch reads Core20 elapsed time. Changing moon viewing speed does not change the stopwatch’s rate. Stopwatch is an independent Core20 state-edge witness.

Elapsed time from Core20 state-edge coordinates, not moon animation phase. Whole A8 seconds shown. Human selection of the visual tangent and button timing limit comparison precision.

Prediction / Simulation Rate · MODEL EPOCH-5

Current mode: 1× SKY NOW. Physical source epoch: —.

Sealed Ganymede full-orbit recurrence: — RAW.

Awaiting Epoch-5 model.

1× is special: it follows fresh Epoch-7 physical RAW and represents A8's current SKY NOW prediction. Selecting any other rate detaches the display from the current sky and enters simulation.

Returning to 1× discards the simulated position and fetches a fresh physical Epoch-7 snapshot before SKY NOW resumes.

At 1× the four moon positions are anchored to the current physical Epoch-7 RAW counter. Browser interpolation only smooths movement between snapshots. Simulation rates never write to, discipline, or retune the physical source or Core20.

CONNECTING · LIVE EPOCH-7

Four-moon predictive observer

Io, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto are projected from sealed Jupiter-relative Epoch-5 model driven by the live physical Epoch-7 counter through the qualified Entry 011 handoff. 1× SKY NOW is the current A8 prediction. Every other viewing rate is simulation.

SKY NOW qualified Epoch-7 physical anchor SIMULATION detached from current sky
Phase convention: EAST = 000₈; WEST = 400₈. Each moon advances independently through its sealed EAST→WEST and WEST→EAST recurrence. Callisto remains a slow calibration / offset witness, not authority. Orbital leg: EAST → WEST / screen LEFT → RIGHT = FRONT · TRANSIT LEG. WEST → EAST / screen RIGHT → LEFT = BACK · OCCULTATION LEG. The light / dark indicator changes only at the orbital turning points. No shadow input is used. Transit / occultation leg identifies the orbital half-cycle; actual Jupiter-disk overlap remains a position event.

A8 makes predictions. Nature settles the bets.
